Rebecca Nerad has spent 20 years advocating for customers in the supply chain industry. As the VP of Customer Success at E2open, she leads the global team of CSMs and Engineers responsible for customers leveraging E2open’s Supply Chain, Channel Shaping and Logistics solutions. With a focus on a customer-centric culture, Rebecca advises the E2open team on how to drive value and deliver business outcomes.
Rebecca has spent her career developing Customer Success and Marketing teams at supply chain software and consulting companies. She was Head of Global Marketing for Bristlecone, a premier Supply Chain Advisory and Analytics firm with 2000 global supply chain experts. Her responsibilities included corporate branding, digital and offline marketing, press, social media, events and marketing strategy. Rebecca created Bristlecone Pulse, an industry-leading supply chain event, where she curated content with MIT professors to develop compelling thought leadership for CIOs and VPs of Supply Chain.
In her spare time, you will find Rebecca spending time with her family in Vermont, skiing, playing tennis, or drinking a glass of cabernet.
