About this Speaker

Larisa Sandu is an award-winning marketer with a passion for creating strategic Customer Marketing, Advocacy and Demand Generation campaigns that increase customer engagement, lead to higher retention and produce a positive brand experience. Larisa is currently the Head of Customer Marketing & Advocacy at Peakon and is responsible for developing the global customer marketing strategy and overseeing the execution of all customer marketing initiatives across the business, as well as focusing on building, nurturing, and maintaining all Peakon advocacy programs for our customers. Her areas of focus include, but are not limited to: the customer journey, customer communication strategy, customer community, customer advocacy program, review campaigns, adoption and upsell nurtures, customer stories, references and referrals. 

Larisa comes from a diverse professional background, which includes leading and managing customer marketing and customer advocacy programs for over six years at various other companies in the cybersecurity, healthcare, construction, and real estate industries.
