Passionate about technology, customer adoption, and customer experience, Alex Conners has spent the last ten years in marketing, business development, and sales at early stage hyper-growth companies.
Alex currently runs customer marketing for NS1, a New York-based application traffic management company with a global customer base that includes companies like Salesforce, Dropbox, Roblox, and JetBlue. Prior to joining NS1, Alex was in London running international marketing for SevOne.
She stands firm, that conversations matter most: call first, email second—always. An avid reader with a moleskin notebook addiction, Alex loves storytelling and empowering customers to tell their stories in a way that elevates their own success.
Alex always says yes to tacos, good coffee, and a good brainstorm. While she can’t wait to travel again to meet customers in person, she says 2020 offered companies a great opportunity to build a truly global customer community and prioritize delivering a great customer experience.
